The key to success is the ability to develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace in which our client recruits and establish strong recruiting networks and innovative techniques to source and attract talent.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent to Central Oregon
• Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates
• Develop strong partnerships within community
• Building a bench of qualified candidates to meet client's needs
• Provide strategic direction and staffing expertise to client as well as develop and manage recruiting activities to acquire “best in class” talent for the clients.

• Ability to speak clearly and professionally with decision makers, both over the phone and in person
